How Rude!

Tim Bourquin, one of the founders of the New Media Expo, has just made a great blog post - The Backlash Begins about the lunacy that some people are going too in trying to cover conference events using "live" technologies.

Don't know about you but if I was sitting in on that session, I'd be really irritated by the lack of respect shown to the paying customers who have taken the time to attend the session. It's bad enough when the audience members are distracted by twitter, blogging et al., but when the panel start doing it, I think we have to start drawing the line.
