A quandary....

Just received the last piece of the puzzle is setting up the new rig for ScreenCastsOnline. If you've been following me on the blog and on twitter, you'll know that I recently bought a second "end of the line" Mac Pro to incorporate into the ScreenCastsOnline studio setup.
It's been a really interesting week and I've learnt a lot configuring the second machine. I've also taken the opportunity to make some changes with the way I do things and also revamped the configuration of the original Mac Pro.
The quandary is what to do for this weeks show!
I'm wondering if I should do a special project based show this week, describing the process I've gone through to set things up, what changes I've made and how I've finally got everything settled down. Now I know very few people will ever need to setup two Mac Pros, (in fact very few people need two Mac Pros!), but there are some apps and techniques I've used that some people may find interesting. User migration, backups, syncing folders, RAID configuration, multiple monitor setups, networking configuration, KVM switches, lots of interesting stuff
Plus it also gives me the opportunity to justify what appears to be, on the face of it, an expensive harebrained scheme, to the ScreenCastsOnline audience, or would that be to myself all over again!
What do you think?

Go for it Don. I learned a lot from your last "behind the scenes show" that you did on how you make the SCO DVDs and came away from that presentation surprised at the bits and pieces I picked up that are applicable to me.
Please do! Looking forward to it...
Bests, TFS
Don, I think it would be enlightening to do such a show and it if it helps you to justify the purchase, even better.
Agree with all of the above comments as Nike says "Just Do It"
Please do it Don.
MY vote: Just go for it. I'm sure it will be good.
Go for it Don,
Wayne
Just adding my voice to encourage this screencast.
let me get this straight...you buy an envy-inducing bag of kit on a whim, learn a bunch of new software etc, and have it all working inside 4 days. Then you want to put together a show about it to a 3-day deadline (minus time to watch L knock out RM tonight, and IM do the same to ManU tomorrow)! It can't be done MrMac. Aside from that...yes, go for it...I'm sure we can wait till Sat pm.
@David -- Oh yes, he can do it. Do you believe just a short while ago (2 or 3 years) Don was a dyed-in-the-wool PC user?!
Don -- What made you switch?

You hit the nail on the head. Most of us will never be lucky enough to have the need to setup two Mac Pro machines. The processes you use to set things up will likely be useful to most of your audience. Let's see it!
Looks like it's two thumbs up then!
What have I let myself in for :-)
Well Don I was heading over here to encourage you to do the show, but it looks like you've already decided - I look forward to it.
Heading to the Apple Store tomorrow and will try to avoid any major purchases :-S
I say do it, I would also like to see a pan of the studio to see how it all fits in. You can hide the pics if you like on the desk and wall :)
Sounds good Don! :D
Don picking up on Mike's comment above it would be super to see your studio. Maybe several pictures of each station or set-up, what equipment, what part of the workflow is it used for...
Of course that's probably a show in itself.
Anyway thanks for the great shows!!!
Do it! I'm in the process of upgrading HDs and could use all the I can get.
Don, that's a good idea... specially when it comes to high productivity things like multi-display, RAID, Syncing, etc...
I'm eager to know how you'll do the trick with at least 2 displays with Screenflow ????
Thanks for all your insights...
