The iPhone is built on Leopard?

Erm yes, I thought that was a given?
Why all the sudden hullabaloo
Notes on the iPhone is unsyncable because it needs Leopard.
The swishy animations on the iPhone are obviously built on the as yet unreleased Core Animation, part of Leopard.
There is no iPhone SDK yet because to release it before Leopard would give away some of Leopards secrets.
I thought everyone knew this?
