Well that didn't take long!

Two of the things I figured would happen once the Apple TV shipped have happened virtually instantly!
1 - Apple TV works on standard TVs with component inputs - Rogue Ameoba
2 - The 40GB hard drive is upgradable with a hack - Gizmodo (but we still need to see the details)
No real surprises though!
