Switched on Logging Users

The blog is getting hammered by blog spam so I've had to switch on the mechanism whereby you need to register to leave a comment.

Looks like Akismet was down at the time according the Robert Scoble - his site got absolutely panned!

I suppose I could re-apply guest access?
